PCLIA Silent Auction

Welcome to the PCLIA Silent Auction!

Here is your opportunity to “give and get.”  Your winning bid “gives” a donation to PCLIA and “gets” you something in return. Some of the exciting auction items include power tools to keep your lake place looking great, a one-of-a-kind Crooked Lake corn hole game for lakeside fun, guided fishing trips to find the fish, and a custom-made St. Croix fishing rod to land the big one. In addition, you will find a large number of gift certificates from local businesses.  These are just a few of the many wonderful items available for your consideration.

Items available in the silent auction can be seen by clicking PCLIA Silent Auction Listing.  There are 18 donations from members and 29 donations from local merchants.    Bidding is conducted as follows:

  • Traditional in-person silent auction bidding will be open during the social and dinner periods of the Fall Dinner Meeting on September 9th at The Bridge Tavern in Crosby, and is expected to close at 7:00 PM.  Feel free to attend the auction even if you are not staying for dinner.
  • All bids must be in whole dollars (no cents).
  • We prefer cash or check. We also plan to have a credit card payment option available if needed.
  • Winning bidders not present on the evening of the Annual Dinner Meeting will be notified September 10th.
  • To the extent any bid exceeds the estimated value of an item that excess could be eligible for a charitable contribution tax deduction – depending on the tax situation of the buyer (consult your tax advisor).

All proceeds go to PCLIA – generous bidding is encouraged!
